Service Description
This is our dedicated 45-minute call each month—your main opportunity to give input, provide direction, and feel fully supported in your social media presence. During this call, we’ll: Review the past month’s performance and outcomes Talk through any upcoming sales, events, or promotions Decide together what kind of content and messaging you want to focus on this month This is your space to share what’s on your mind, what you'd like to see more of, and what your business needs right now. It’s also how we reduce the need for constant back-and-forth during the week. I’ll take what we discuss and turn it into your full month of content—designed, scheduled, and ready to go. This call ensures we’re always on the same page and that your social media is aligned with your goals and vision.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will not be credited toward a future session. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you’ll have the option to either: Reschedule your session at no additional cost, or Receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. No-shows or missed appointments without notice are considered cancellations and will not be refunded. By booking, you agree to this policy.
